全程健康教育模式在哮喘防治中的作用

The Effect of Full-course Health Education Pattern on Prevention and Treatment of Asthma

目的探究全程健康教育模式对哮喘患者疾病认知、依从性以及治疗效果影响。方法对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予全程健康教育指导,对比两组对疾病相关知识知晓率、服药依从性以及治疗情况进行比较。结果观察组疾病认知率均高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具统计学意义;观察组依从率高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具统计学意义;观察组住院时间短于对照组,P<0.05,差异具统计学意义。结论加强支气管哮喘患者健康教育,可有效提升患者对疾病的认识,增加其治疗依从性,进而缩短住院时间。

Objective To explore the effect of full-course Health Education Pattern on prevention and treatment of asthma.Methods The control group received usual care group were observed throughout the health education on this basis, compared two groups of knowledge and awareness of the disease, medication compliance and treatment.Results The observation group rate of patients with cognitive disorders was higher than the control group, P〈0.05, had difference statistically significance, the observation group compliance rate was higher than the control group,P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance, the observation group hospitalization was shorter than the control group,P〈0.05, had difference statistically significance. Conclusion Strengthen health education in patients with asthma, which can effectively enhance patient understanding of disease, increasing its treatment compliance, and thereby shorten hospital stay.
