优质护理在脑血栓患者护理中的临床价值

The Clinical Value of High Quality Nursing in Patients With Cerebral Thrombosis

目的探讨优质护理在脑血栓患者护理中的效果。方法选取脑血栓患者共90例,随机分为观察组以及对照组,各45例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予优质护理,观察两组患者的住院时间以及护理满意度。结果对照组平均住院时间(26.85±9.79)d,观察组平均住院时间(15.77±11.37)d,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。对照组护理满意度93.3%,观察组护理满意度75.5%,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论优质护理在脑血栓患者护理中具有良好的临床效果,能够缩短住院时间,提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing care in patients with cerebral thrombosis.Methods Selected 90 patients with cerebral thrombosis, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group had 45 cases. The control group received conventional nursing, the observation group was given high quality nursing, and the hospitalization time and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed.Results The average length of hospital stay （ 26.85±9.79 ） days in the control group, the average length of stay in the observation group （ 15.77±11.37 ） day,P〈0.05, had difference statistically significance. the control group satisfaction of nursing was 93.3%, and the observation group nursing satisfaction was 75.5%,P〈0.05, had difference statistically significance.Conclusion High quality nursing in patients with cerebral thrombosis has good clinical effect, can shorten the length of hospital stay, improve patient care satisfaction.
