摘要
目的探讨糖尿病患者应用优质护理的效果。方法选取我院治疗的糖尿病患者84例,随机分为优质组和常规组,各42例。优质组给予优质护理,常规组行常规护理,比较两组护理效果及患者满意度。结果优质组护理质量高于常规组,患者护理满意度更高,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论实施优质护理可有效提高患者服药依从性及健康饮食情况,更好地控制血糖水平,同时有利于提高患者护理满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of diabetes patients quality care.Methods Selected 84 cases of diabetic patients were randomly divided into the high-quality group and the conventional group, each group had 42 cases. The high-quality group adopt quality of care and the conventional group adopt routine care, compared care beneifts and patient satisfaction. Results Patients took high compliance rate, good blood glucose control and healthy eating rate were higher than the conventional group, higher patient satisfaction with care,P〈0.05, had difference statistically significance. Conclusion The quality of care for patients with diabetes can improve patient medication compliance and a healthy diet, control blood sugar levels better, and help to improve patient care satisfaction.
