摘要
目的 分析优质护理干预对晚期恶性胃溃疡的临床效果.方法 择取我院2014年7月-2015年7月接受治疗的96例晚期恶性胃溃疡患者,应用随机取样法分为对照组和研究组,各48例.对照组采取常规护理,研究组采取优质护理.结果 研究组总有效率91.67%高于对照组的77.08%,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 优质护理用于晚期恶性胃溃疡的临床中,可提高护理满意度,对疾病的康复具有积极的促进作用.
Objective To explore clinical effect of the quality nursing intervention on the late malignant gastric ulcer.Methods Selected 96 cases of patients with advanced malignant gastric ulcer from July 2014 to July 2015, according to sampling method randomly divided into the control group and the study group, each group had 48 cases. The control group adopt routine nursing care, and the study group took high quality nursing. Results The group total effective rate was 91.67% was higher than the control group 77.08%,P〈0.05, had difference statistically significance. Conclusion The quality of clinical nursing to late malignant gastric ulcer, can improve nursing satisfaction, to a positive role in promoting disease rehabilitation.
