医护一体化模式在提高甲状腺围手术期患者依从性中的效果探讨

To Explore the Effect of Integrated Model of Care in Improve Patients Compliance in Thyroid Perioperative Period

目的分析医护一体化模式对提高甲状腺围手术期患者依从性的效果。方法将88例患者分为观察组和对照组,各44例。分别给予医护一体化护理和常规护理。结果观察组护理后SAS评分、SDS评分较对照组低,依从性较对照组高,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论医护一体化模式可提高甲状腺围手术期患者依从性。

Objective To explore the effect of integrated model of care in improve patients compliance in thyroid perioperative period.Methods Selected 88 patients were divided into the control group and the observation group, each group had 44 cases, respectively given medical care model and conventional integrated care model.Results The observation group after nursing SAS scores and SDS score were lower than the control group, the adherence to the control group,P〈0.05, had difference statistically significance.Conclusion The integrated model of care can improve the thyroid surgery around the compliance of patients.
