健康教育用于高血压患者护理中的效果观察

Observation Effect of Health Education in Nursing Care of Patients With Hypertension

目的 探讨健康教育在高血压患者护理中的临床应用效果.方法 选取我院2013年10月-2014年10月收治的高血压住院患者135例,按随机数字表法分为对照组67例、观察组68例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组护理基础上加强健康教育.结果 观察组护理后收缩压及舒张压改善情况优于对照组,且观察组健康知识掌握优良率为95.59%高于对照组的76.12%,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 健康教育在高血压患者护理中的应用效果显著.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of health education in nursing care of patients with hypertension.Methods Selected 135 cases with hypertension from October 2013 to October 2014 in our hospital in, according to double-blind were divided into the control group had 67 cases, the observation group had 68 cases, the control group received routine care group were observed strengthen health care on the basis of education.Results The study group systolic and diastolic blood pressure of patient care improvement than the control group, and the observation group health knowledge excellent rate 95.59%, 76.12% were higher than the control group,P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. Conclusion Health education hypertensive effect in patient care is signiifcant.
