农村血液透析患者的心理护理干预体会

Experience of Psychological Nursing Intervention on Rural Patients With Hematodialysis

目的 探讨农村血液透析患者的心理护理方法和体会.方法 选择 2013年1月-2015年6月在我院行血液透析的55例患者为观察组给予心理护理,另选择同时期给予常规护理的55例血液透析患者为对照组.统计比较两组患者的护理满意率.结果 观察组护理满意率92.7%高于对照组74.5%,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 农村血液透析患者实施心理护理能提高护理满意率,有利于提高其对透析治疗的依从性.

Objective To explore the methods and experience of psychological nursing intervention on rural patients with hematodialysis. Methods Selected 55 rural patients with hematodialysis from January 2013 to June 2015 in our hospital as observation group were given routine nursing. Selected 55 patients with hematodialysis in the same time as control group were given the mental nursing. The satisfaction of nursing in two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The satisfaction of observation group was 92.7% better than the control group 74.5%,P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance.Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention on rural patients with hematodialysis could improve the satisfaction of nursing and improve the compliance of patients.
