护理管理对神经内科患者医院内感染的干预价值及作用研究

目的研究护理管理对神经内科患者医院内感染的干预价值及作用。方法 2014年1月开始,在我院神经内科实施护理管理,将实施前1年的院内感染率作为对照组,将实施后1年的相关数据作为观察组。结果观察组的院内感染率低于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论在神经内科患者的护理过程中结合护理管理,能够有效降低院内感染的发生率。

Objective Study effect and intervene value of Nursing management for patients nosocomial infection in neurology.Methods From January 2014 in our hospital neurology began the implementation of nursing management, the implemented within one year ago the hospital infection rate as a control group, and the one year after the implementation of related data as the observation group.Results The nosocomial infection rate in the observation group was lower than the control group,P〈0.05, had difference statistically significance. Conclusion Nursing management in the nursing process of patients in the department of internal medicine, it can reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection effectively.
