摘要
在护理管理过程中,由于各种因素的影响,护理风险也不断加大,随着人性化护理、优质护理、循证护理等各种先进护理模式在患者中的应用,对于护理管理也提出了更高的要求。通过对风险管理进行概述,提出了其在护理管理中的应用,以期更好的满足新时期患者疾病治疗的需求。
