摘要 全面评述了镁合金-钢异种金属之间焊接的国内外研究现状,重点讨论了异种金属熔钎焊的分类和方法,分析了目前镁合金-钢异种金属焊接及应用中存在的问题和研究工作中的不足。指出镁-钢之间较大的熔沸点差异以及二者间几乎无固溶体和金属问化合物存在的特性,是限制镁-钢焊接的关键问题。鳃决镁与钢的焊接难点,不仅需要深刻认识焊接机理,而且要从工艺、材料、设备综合考虑提出方案,同时要结合工程上的实际要求。 Present research status and developing tendency on welding technology of Mg alloy to steel were summarized and reviewed.The studies on the vacuum brazing,friction stir welding and welding-brazing in recent years were summarized.In addition,the bonding mechanisms of different welding technologies were discussed.The great difference on melting point and nearly no solubility or intermetallic compounds between magnesium and steel are the main restriction for welding of magnesium to steel.Some measures were taken to improve the welding of magnesium and steel for different welding methods.To solve the problems of welding of magnesium to steel,it is needed to consider not only the deep understanding of jointing mechanism,but also the welding technology,material,equipment,and the engineering requirement.
