摘要
因气体含量不纯引起的杂质气体对TA15钛合金潜弧焊焊接接头的影响,通过组织形态、元素分布、拉伸及冲击性能等试验,对影响机制展开研究。结果表明,发现微量杂质气体在焊接接头内部形成氧化物及氮化物杂质颗粒,且弥散分布在焊接接头的熔化区中。这些化合物的形成在一定程度上降低了焊接接头的整体性能,应在焊接过程中精确控制杂质气体的含量,以保证焊接接头的整体性能。
TA15 titanium alloy is one kind of the titanium alloys which is widely used in the aerospace industry.The effects of the impurity shielding gas on the microstructure,element distribution,tension and impact properties of TA15 titanium alloy submerged arc welded joints were investigated.The result shows the trace impurity gas forms oxide and nitride impurity granules in welded joints.The impurity granules are dispersed in the weld metal,and reduced the properties of welded joints.In order to ensure the properties of welded joint,it is necessary to accurately control the content of the impurity gas during welding process.
