HTCC工艺通用自动上下料系统设计与实现

摘要 基于欧姆龙CJ系列可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)的控制平台,设计并实现了一种高温共烧陶瓷(HTCC)带料通用自动上下料系统。从机械、电气和程序3个角度分别阐述了设备的设计思路和工作原理。利用模块化机械结构实现了带料的定位取放;并对机构设计中的定位精度问题进行分析和计算,得到了预期的设计结论。电气部分通过Ethernet协议实现SMC LEFB25电动缸与PLC之间的通信,并利用欧姆龙NB系列触摸屏(HMI)实现人机交互。利用欧姆龙专用编程软件CX-Programmer实现了PLC的模块化程序设计。所设计的自动上下料系统能够为多种HTCC带料加工设备完成上下料操作,并已经在生产线上投入使用,批量产品一致性得到显著提升。 A general automatic loading / unloading system for high temperature co-fired ceramic( HTCC) green sheet was designed and realized based on programmable logic controller( PLC) of OMRON CJ series. The mechanical design and working principle were expounded in the view of mechanical design,electrical design and program design. In the mechanical part,taking and putting the green sheet was realized by using the modular mechanical structure. The alignment accuracy of the mechanical design was analyzed and calculated,and the expected conclusion was given. In the electrical part,the communication between SMC LEFB25 and PLC was realized by Ethernet protocol,and the human-machine interaction was realized by OMRON NB series HMI. In the programming part,the modular programming design of the PLC was realized by CX- Programmer software. The automatic loading / unloading system can provide loading / unloading operation for many kinds of HTCC and materials processing equipments,and it has been put into use on the production line. The batch product consistency is improved significantly.
