石家庄地区5092例女性HPV感染基因型分析 被引量:12

HPV genotype analysis of 5092 women outpatient in Shijiazhuang area.

摘要 目的探讨石家庄地区女性宫颈人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的基因型分布情况,为预防HPV感染和宫颈疾病防治提供理论依据。方法使用核酸分子快速导流杂交基因芯片技术,对5092例女性宫颈脱落细胞进行HPV亚型检测。结果1902例患者感染HPV,总感染率为37.4%。高危型HPV感染率为32.54%,居前5位的HPV基因亚型依次为HPV16、58、52、53和18。低危型HPV感染率为11.67%,主要基因亚型为HPV6和11。单一感染1229例(24.1%),双重感染448例(8.8%),多重感染225例(4.4%)。HPV感染以≤40岁的年轻女性为主(76.2%),≤25岁患者HPV感染率最高(47.9%)。结论HPV16、HPV58、HPV52、HPV6和HPV53感染在石家庄地区最为常见,总体符合亚洲人群分布规律,同时又具有独特的地域分布特点。 Objective To provide the theoretical basis for preventing human papillomavirus (HPV) infection and treating uterine cervical disease by investigating genotypes of HPV among women in Shijiazhuang city. Methods HPV genotype of 5092 cases of cervical cell was detected by nucleic acid molecule flow-through hybridization and gene chip technique. Results 1902 cases were infected by HPV, with the positive rate of 37.4%. The infection rate of high-risk subtypes of HPV was 32. 54% , with the top five subtypes of HPV16,58,52,53 and 18. The infection rate of low-risk subtypes of HPV was 11.67% , with the top two subtypes of HPV6 and 11. There were 1229 cases(24. 1% )with single HPV type infection, 448 cases (8.8%) with double HPV subtypes infection,225 cases (4. 4% ) with multiple HPV subtypes infection. The majority cases with HPV infection were young women of age ≤40. Patients younger than 25 years old had the highest HPV infection rate of 47.9%. Conclusions HPV16, 58, 52, 6 and 53 are major subtypes in Shijiazhuang city, which is in accord with the overall distribution among Asian populatlon, hut also has a unique regional distribution characteristic.
