不同样本储运方式应用于HIV基因型耐药检测的研究进展
摘要
高效抗逆转录病毒疗法（highlyactiveantiretroviraltherapy，HAART）大大降低了HIV／AIDS患者的发病率与死亡率。尽管如此，HAART的广泛应用经常伴随HIV耐药性的发生。HIV耐药（HIVdrugresistance）可以导致抗病毒治疗失败风险增加、耐药病毒株传播、抗病毒药物选择减少及HIV／AIDS患者存活率降低等。
