老年膝关节骨关节炎患者全膝关节置换术后的疗效分析

Analysis the curative effects of total knee arthroplasty using in elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis

目的:观察老年膝关节骨关节炎患者采取全膝关节置换手术治疗量的效果。方法:选取2012年1月至2014年1月间在我院就诊的56例(71膝)患有晚期老年膝关节骨性关节炎的病例,采用全膝关节置换的手术疗法,对51例患者术前与术后的HSS膝关节评分以及治疗的效果进行比较。结果:患者术后的HSS各项评分均明显高于术前,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后,患者的膝关节功能优良率达到了91.55%,较治疗前明显升高(P<0.01)。结论:全膝关节置换术应用于晚期膝关节骨性关节炎老年患者的治疗可以起到很好的效果。可以有效缓解患者的疼痛症状,更快地恢复膝关节功能,值得临床应用。

Objective： Observe the the curative effects of total knee arthroplasty using in elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis . Methods：Selected 56 patients （71 knees） of elderly knee osteoarthritis patients from January 2012 to January 2014 in our hospital, all of the patients received total knee replacement surgery, compared the HSS knee scoring postoperative and before treatment, compared the effect. Results： HSS various scores of the patients postoperative were significantly higher than that of preoperative, the differences between groups were statistically significant, P〉0.05）. Postoperatively, knee joint function of patients was 91.55 %, was significantly increased compared with before treatment,P〈 0. 001. Conclusions：Total knee arthroplasty using in the treatment of advanced knee osteoarthritis in elderly patients have a very good effects, can effectively link the patient＇s pain symptoms, restore the knee joint function faster, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
