对某装备软件的一种维护流程及监督要点的研究

Study on the Maintenance Process and Supervision Points of Equipment Software

本文通过对某装备问题软件类和新需求软件类在维护过程依据的优缺点进行分析研究,并基于9001B-2009《质量管理体系要求》中的"一个过程的输出就是另一个过程的输入"这个理论,提出了一种软件维护流程及监督模式,在此基础上对软件维护的输入、实施和输出贯彻三个过程进行合理的流程化,并适时提出顾客的监督要点,可有效规范软件维护流程,提高软件维护质量。

This paper analyzes and researches on the advantages and disadvantages of some equipment problems and new software demands in software maintenance process. Based on the theory of ＂a process of output is another process of input＂ in 9001B-2009 ＂quality management system requirements＂, it presents a software maintenance process and supervision mode, and gives reasonable process of the input, implementation and output of software maintenance, and timely proposes supervision points of customers, which can effectively regulate the software maintenance process and improve the quality of software maintenance.
