头孢地尼联合奥硝唑治疗盆腔炎的疗效观察

To observe the curative effect of cefdinir and ornidazole in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease

目的观察头孢地尼联合奥硝唑治疗盆腔炎的疗效。方法选取我院2014年2月～2015年2月收治的盆腔炎患者40例作为研究对象，将其按照治疗方法的不同分为观察组和对照组，各20例。对照组患者使用头孢地尼治疗，观察组患者使用头孢地尼联合奥硝唑治疗。结果观察组患者疗效明显高于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对盆腔炎患者使用头孢地尼联合奥硝唑治疗的疗效显著，值得-临床推广和使用。

Objective To observe the curative effect of cefdinir combined with ornidazole in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods COllected in our hospital in 2014 February to 2015 February treated patients with pelvic inflammatory disease 40 cases, the according to the different treatment methods, as the observation group and the control group, 20 cases in each. The control group was treated with conventional treatment of cefdinir, patients in the observation group using cefdinir combined ornidazole in treatment. Results Patients in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Patients with pelvic inflammation using cefdinir combined with Ornidazole treatment has obvious curative effect, worthy of promotion and use.
