摘要
高校土地资源管理专业承担着为国家培养拔尖创新型土地科技人才的任务。该文针对目前河南理工大学土地管理专业在人才培养中存在的主要问题,围绕土地资源管理专业拔尖创新型人才培养目标,提出了"大土地"视野下的"管理学科工科化"人才培养新理念,构建了"专业素质教育、产学研结合、多平台协调培养"的人才培养新模式。
The college of land resource management undertakes the training of talents of top-notch innovative land for national task.Aiming at the main problems existing at present in personnel training in Henan Polytechnic Univer- sity of land management professional based on land resources management specialty of top-notch innovative person- nel training objectives, the paper put forwards the ＂great land＂ from the perspective of ＂management science and En- gineering＂ talent training new idea, and constructs the ＂professional quality education, combination of production, teaching and research, multi platform coordinated training＂ personnel training mode.
