摘要异己手综合征（alien hand syndrome,AHS）是一种临床上比较少见的综合征,临床上一直都未引起足够的重视,因此很容易导致错误的诊断或治疗。本文报告了1例胼胝体梗死后AHS,并对AHS的相关文献进行系统复习。1病例资料男性,42岁,右利手,因左侧肢体活动不灵伴言语笨拙半月于2015年2月25日入院。
