摘要
为满足建筑市场对高保坍减水剂的需求,研制一种新型缓释高保坍型聚羧酸减水剂。通过正交实验得到分散保持性好的缓释保坍型减水剂,并比较了4种单体对缓释保坍型减水剂的影响大小,探讨了链转移剂用量对减水剂分散性的影响。合成的缓释保坍型减水剂对不同水泥具有广泛适应性,与单掺标准型减水剂相比,其对混凝土保坍效果明显改善,二者最佳复配质量比为3∶7。通过高温环境(33.2℃)混凝土应用试验表明,自制缓释保坍型减水剂具有较高的减水率和优异的坍落度保持能力。
In order to satisfy the requirement of highly slump retaining type of polycarboxylate superplasticizer in the constructional market,the synthesis of a novel slowly-released and highly slump retaining type of superplasticizer had been developed. A slowly-released and slump retaining agent with the good disperse retaining was prepared by orthogonal tesi,the incidence of the four monomers in which had been compared. Moreover, the influence of chain transfer agent dosage on the dispersion property was studied. The slump retaining effect of product mixed with superplasticizer was obviously better than that of single using, and the optimum ratio between product and superplasticizer was 3:7,which had extensive compatibility in different cement. The result of the high temperature application experiments in the concrete showed that the product had high water reducing ratio and excellent slump retaining ability.
