摘要
以硬石膏为主要材料,添加不同外加剂、骨料等对其进行改性处理,制得硬石膏自流平地面材料。配方设计为:硬石膏60%~90%,激发剂10%~40%,减水剂0.25%~1.00%,胶粉0~3%,保水剂0.05%~0.10%,粉煤灰0~5%。经测试,硬石膏自流平地面材料的流动度达220mm,抗折强度为7.3MPa,抗压强度为16.7MPa,拉伸粘结强度为0.57MPa,收缩率为0.045%,性能符合日本住宅公团标准要求。
Based on anhydrite,a new kind of self-leveling floor mortar was developed with different additives and aggregate through modification. The optimization formula was:anhydrite 60%~90%,complex activator 10%-40%,superplastieizer 0.25%-1.00%, redispersible polymeric powder 0~3%,water-retaining agent 0.05%~0.10% and fly ash 0-5%. Test results show that the fluidity was 220 mm,the flexural and compressive strength of the mortar reached 7.3 MPa and 16.7 MPa respectively and the tensile adhe- sive strength was 0.57 MPa with the shrinkage ratio of 0.045%. The property of anhydrite has reached Japan standard of Residen- tial Group and Housing Corporation about gypsum-based self-leveling mortar.
