摘要
为了探索纤维增强复合材料(FRP)夹芯板在土木工程领域中的应用,通过四点加载试验考察了纤维增强复合材料夹芯板的力学性能。结果表明:FRP夹芯板的破坏形态为构件封边FRP的剥离和加载处上表皮FRP的局部破坏;FRP夹芯板具有较高的承载能力,可以满足普通民用建筑中的楼板或墙板的安全使用要求;构件的位移延性系数可以达到3.0,并且具有一定的变形恢复能力。此外,FRP夹芯板的残余变形是由夹芯泡沫的塑性变形造成的。
Mechanical property of a fiber-reinforced polymer sandwich plate is examined by four-point loading test in order to explore the application of the fiber-reinforced polymer sandwich plate in construction field. The experimental results showed that the fiber-reinforced polymer sandwich plate failed by the FRP debonding at the edge and the partial failure on the upper FRP. The fiber-reinforced polymer sandwich plate has large load carrying ability,which can meet the standard of floor slab or wallboard. The displacement ductility factor of the specimen is 3.0,and the specimen has the capacity of deformation recovery. Additionally, residual deformation is caused by the plastic deformation of inner foam.
