超高效液相色谱法同时测定黄芩提取物多指标成分的含量 被引量:6

摘要 目的建立黄芩提取物中4种有效成分(黄芩苷、汉黄芩苷、黄芩素和汉黄芩素)同时定量的方法。方法采用超高效液相色谱以ACQUITY UPLCTMBEH C18色谱柱(1.7μm,100×2.1mm),乙腈-0.1%甲酸溶液进行梯度洗脱,测定波长280 nm,柱温30℃,流速0.2 ml/min。结果 4种成分的线性关系良好,精密度、稳定性、重复性的RSD均低于3.0%,加样回收率为96.2%-99.6%。结论该方法具有简便、灵敏、准确的特点,适用于产品质量的控制。 Objective To establish Scutellaria extracts of four active ingredients( baicalin,wogonoside,baicalein,wogonin) by simultaneous quantitative methods. Methods The chromatographic separation was achieved on a ACQUITY UPLCTMBEH C18column( 1. 7μm,2. 1 × 100mm),the mobile phase was Acetonitrile-0. 1% formic acid aqueous solution with gradient elution at a flow rate of 0. 2 ml / min,the detection wavelength was set at 280 nm,and the column temperature was 30℃. Results It showed a good linear relationship of four components,precision,stability,repeatability RSD were less than 3. 0%,recovery was 96. 2% ~99. 6%. Conclusion The method is simple,sensitive,accurate and can be used for quality control Scutellaria extracts.
