川芎乙醇温浸工艺的响应面法优选 被引量:2

Optimization of warm ethanol immersion technology of Ligusticum wallichii using response surface methodology

摘要 目的优选川芎乙醇温浸工艺的最佳条件。方法以藁本内酯的提取率为响应值,乙醇浓度、温度、次数、时间为自变量,在单因素实验的基础上采用4因素3水平响应面法进行试验设计,确定温浸的最佳条件。结果温浸的最佳条件为:乙醇浓度90%,温度47.24℃,时间2 h,温浸2.46次,藁本内酯提取率的预测值为90.37%,实际值为89.50%。结论响应面法对川芎的提取条件优化合理可行,为提高藁本内酯的提取率提供了理论依据。 Objective To optimize the warm ethanol immersion technology of Ligusticum wallichii. Methods The immersion technology was optimized using response surface methodology of four-factor Box-Behnken design,which was used to determine the effects of the four independent variables including ethanol concentration,temperature,number of times and extraction duration. Results The model predicts to gain a maximal ligustilide production at 89. 50%,measured value at 90. 46%,when the ethanol concentration is 90%,the temperature is 47. 24℃,the extraction duration is 2 hours and the number of times is 2. 46.Conclusion The response surface methodology is reasonable and reliable for optimum extraction process of Ligusticum wallichii.and this will improve the extraction conditions of ligustilide.
