从褪黑素角度浅谈中医整体观在女性生殖节律中的体现 被引量:4

摘要 生物节律广泛存在于自然界,是大多数生物的基本特征。生物节律是机体逐步进化的结果,在适应环境变化、维持内环境稳定等方面起着重要的作用。褪黑素受到光信号-视网膜-下丘脑视交叉上核(SCN)通路调节,随着光暗循环的变化,呈现昼低夜高的近日节律,向人体各个系统发送"时间信号",是重要的授时因子,在生物节律的调节中具有重要的作用。很多研究发现,褪黑素通过影响生物节律,对女性生殖系统具有重要的调节作用,包括月经周期、受孕、分娩等。中医自古就认识到人与自然是一个整体,天人相应是中医整体观的体现,认为外界环境变化可以影响人体的生理,文章拟从中西医结合探讨褪黑素对女性生殖节律的影响。
