益气升阳活血法治疗血管性痴呆早期机理探讨

The Mechanism Study of benefiting Qi and raising Yang combined with promoting blood circulation method on early stage of the VD

对益气升阳活血法治疗血管性痴呆(VD)早期的机理进行了探讨。提出VD早期的病因病机是"脾气亏虚,清阳不升,虚阳上浮,脑络瘀阻,脑髓失养",治疗宜以"益气升阳活血"为基本方法。并对体现该治则的脑通复方治疗早期血管性痴呆的现代机制进行了系统阐释。

This paper presents the basic pathogenesis of VD（ Vascular Dementia） in early stage. It is characterized by spleen Qi deficiency,clear yang failing to ascend,deficiency yang floating upward and blood stasis in cerebral collaterals in turn. Generally,the treatment of VD is discussed and suggested that Benefiting Qi and raising Yang combined with promoting blood circulation is the basic method. We made a systematic explanation of modern mechanism in treatment of early stage of the VD with the therapeutic method embodied by Naotong Compound.
