聚酰胺-胺树枝状聚合物诱导牙体组织仿生矿化的研究现状

摘要 利用生物材料诱导牙体组织仿生矿化,从而实现牙体缺损的自愈性修复一直都是口腔医学研究的目标之一。聚酰胺-胺树枝状大分子(polyamidoamine dendrimer,PAMAM)作为一种新型高分子纳米材料,因其具有独特的性质而成为仿生矿化领域的研究热点。本文就PAMAM诱导牙体组织仿生矿化的理论背景及其研究现状作一综述。 Polyamidoamine( PAMAM) is a new type of polymer nano- materials. Because of its unique nature,it has been a hot topic in biomimetic mineralization research field. In this review,the structure and the mechanisms of PAMAM- induced biomimetic mineralization of tooth hard tissues are summarized.
