摘要
使用四球摩擦试验机研究纳米Ti N作为润滑油添加剂的摩擦学性能,并利用磨斑测量系统、激光共聚焦显微镜OLS1100和EDS测试分析其磨损特性和自修复性能。实验结果表明:纳米Ti N作为润滑油添加剂具有良好的抗磨减摩和自修复性能;在润滑油中加入质量分数为0.5%的纳米Ti N添加剂和1.0%的PEG-200分散剂,可达到最佳的抗磨减摩效果。在高载荷下,纳米Ti N润滑油的自修复比表面抛光的效果更好。
The tribological behavior of TiN nanoparticle as lubricating additive was studied in MRSIO four-ball frictional apparatus.The frictional wear behavior and self-repair characteristic was analyzed by using Grinding Spot measurement system, Laser Scanning Confocal Microscope OLS1100 and EDS measurement instruments.Experimental results indicate that TiN nanoparticles possess good friction reducing and antiwear characteristics.The best friction reducing and antiwear effect of the lubricating oil is reached by adding 0. 5% nanoparticle additive and 1.0% PEG-200 dispersing agent.The lubricating oil with TiN nanoparticles has better selfrepair and surface polishing effect at high loads.
