摘要
某石化公司炼油厂3条在用长距离埋地原油管道,投运时间长,运行期间多次出现泄漏,严重影响炼油厂的安全平稳运行。因此,采用环境腐蚀性调查、开挖检测、管道漏磁检测等手段,对3条管线进行完整性检测,根据检测数据对管线进行应力分析及剩余寿命评估,最终提出整改措施,效果良好。
In a petrochemical company refinery,three buried long-distance oil pipelines are put into operation for a long time,and multiple occurrences of leakage during the operation appear,thus affecting the safe operation of the refinery seriously.So some detection methods such as corrosive environment investigation,excavation detection and pipeline magnetic flux leakage detection were adopted to check the completeness of the pipelines. According to the data,stress analysis and assessment of remaining life were carried out,the corrective measures were put forward and good results were obtained.
