摘要
公共图书馆要在竞争中求发展,必须加强对青年职工的激励和引导,激发他们的内在动力,以使个人发展和图书馆的可持续发展有机结合。首都图书馆自2008年起持续开展"青年论坛"活动,积极探索青年职工培养与激励的有效模式,拓展了当代公共图书馆人才建设新思路。
To develop in competition, public library must strengthen the incentive and guidance of young workers, and inspire their intrinsic motivation, to make the combination of personal development and libraries' sustainable development. Since 2008, the Capital Library of China continued to carry out the "Youth Forum" activities, actively explored the effective model for training and excitation of young workers, and expanded the new ideas for the talents construction of the contemporary public library.
