生物钟与衰老退行性变关系的研究

摘要 在自然环境下,生物体内的生物钟接受外界光-暗和温度等周期信号,调整自身的时相,与外界环境保持同步。生物钟控制着昼夜节律,使其具有内源性和自我维持运转的特点。通过裸藻野生型和突变株系在生理生化等方面节律的变化,进一步分析起决定性作用的生物钟成分,从而深入剖析生物钟与昼夜节律之间的机制,及生物钟与衰老退行性变关系,本文对此进行了综述。 In the natural environment,circadian clock in organism receives the periodic signal of light and darkness outside,adjust the phase itself,and synchronize ambient. Circadian clock controls circadian rhythms,which has the characteristics of endogenous and self sustaining running. We review that the decisive element of circadian clock,the mechanism of circadian clock and circadian rhythm are futher analyzed by the change of physiological and biochemical levels in wild-type strain and mutant of Euglena gracilis,as well as the relation with aging degenerative changes and biont in circadian clock pattern.
