中医四维疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎技术评价与应用研究

Research on Multidimensional Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:观察多维疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将90例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为多维治疗组60例与药物对照组30例,分别于治疗15、90、180 d比较两组膝关节运动痛、休息痛、僵硬、肿胀、压痛、关节功能的变化,同时复查血、尿常规及肝、肾功能,记录不良反应。结果:治疗组总有效率91.66%,对照组总有效率73.33%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01),治疗期间未发现不良反应。结论:多维疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床疗效满意,应用前景广泛。

Objective：Observe the clinical effects of multidimensional therapy for knee osteoarthritis. Method：90 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group of 60 cases and control group 30 cases. Treatment of 15 day,90 day and 180 day to compare two groups of knee joint pain,rest pain,stiffness,swelling,tenderness,the change of the joint function,at the same time to review the blood routine,urine routine,liver,kidney function,record adverse reactions. Result：Treatment group total effectiveness 91.66%,control group total effectiveness 73.33%,treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group（P〈0.01）,no adverse reactions during the treatment. Conclusion：Multidimensional therapy for knee osteoarthritis clinical efficacy of satisfaction and broad prospect of application.
