抗蝮蛇毒血清病相关因素分析研究

Analysis of Serum Sickness Induced by Viper Poison Serum

目的:探讨蝮蛇毒血清所致血清病的发病因素,并探讨如何预防血清病。方法:收集2012年5月—2014年10月在南通市中医院因血清病二次入院患者71例(A组),另随机抽取未发生血清病患者60例(B组),记录两组患者皮试情况、年龄、性别、平均住院天数及A组患者血清病发病时间、发病症状、血常规结果,比较各项指标与血清病发生与否有无关系。结果:抗蝮蛇毒血清病的发生与皮试情况、年龄、性别等无明显统计学差异(P>0.05);A组患者住院天数与B组者有统计学差异(P<0.05);血清病发病症状主要有:皮疹瘙痒、发热、关节红肿酸痛、胸闷不适、头昏、呼吸困难;发生血清病患者多伴有白细胞或者中性粒细胞计数升高;平均发病时间为注射抗蝮蛇毒血清后8.2 d。结论:延长平均住院天数对血清病的预防有积极作用;皮试情况、年龄、性别对抗蝮蛇毒血清病的发生与否无参考价值。

Objective：To study the clinical factors of serum sickness caused by the viper venom and to explore how to prevent serum sickness. Methods：Collect 2012.05 to 2014.10 in Nantong traditional Chinese hospital for serum sickness,71 cases of hospitalized patients（group A）,a random sample without serum patients 60 cases（group B）,record of two groups of patients with skin test,age,gender,average hospitalization days and A group of patients serum disease onset time,symptoms and blood tests results,comparing the indicators or not have any relationship with the serum sickness. Results：There is no significant statistical difference between viper poison resistance of serum sickness with skin test conditions,age and gender（P0.05）.A group of patients hospitalized days and group B were statistically significant（P0.05）.Serum sickness symptoms mainly include：itchy rash,fever,joint swelling pain,chest tightness,dizziness,difficulty breathing. In serum of patients with more elevated white blood cell count. The average time for injection of 8.2 days after the viper venom. Conclusion：To extend the average hospitalization days produce positive effects on serum levels of disease prevention. Skin test condition,age and gender have no reference value for the viper poison resistance of serum sickness occurs or not.
