中医文献中产后养生特色剖析

To Analyze Characteristics of Post Natal Health-keeping in Traditional Chinese Medicine Literatures

该文依据中医文献中对产妇特点及其养生调护方法的记载,结合产妇的生理独特性,对古代文献中丰富的产后养生方法、理念及实践经验进行挖掘,总结古代产后养生的独特性,即:时间方面强调满百日;起居方面强调避风寒,正常起居;饮食方面注重少量、清淡,忌辛辣,且烹饪以蒸煮为主;房事方面强调百日之内不可同房;情志方面注重增加关怀,避免情绪波动;药物方面以合理应用促进状态恢复为主。上述养生特点为现代临床结合中医理论进行产后养生理论研究与实践应用提供了参考与指导。

According to characteristics of postpartum and the way of health-keeping recorded in Traditional Chinese Medicine literatures and combined with unique physiological parturient,this paper summed up the unique nature of ancient postpartum health-keeping by mining the rich postpartum healthkeeping methods,ideas and practice experience in ancient literatures. The special methods of healthkeeping in postpartum are：New mothers should rest for one hundred days;Avoid chill and normal life in daily living activities;A light,non-spicy diet is required and stewing is given priority in cooking;pay more attention and avoid mood swings in the emotional aspect;rationally apply drugs to speed the state recovery. The health-keeping characteristics of Traditional Chinese Medicine provide reference and guidance for modern clinical who is combined with theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine in post natal health-keeping theory research and practices.
