传统中医“肾生髓”理论与现代免疫学相关机制探析

Analysing the Related Mechanism between the Theory of“Kidney Producing Marrow”in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Modern Immunology

该文将中医的"肾生髓"理论与现代免疫学中的中枢免疫器官骨髓与之相关的机制进行探析,主要从中医"肾生髓"理论与免疫器官骨髓功能的生理相关性、中医"肝肾同源"理论与骨髓外B细胞发育场所的生理相关性、针灸防治放化疗毒副反应与现代免疫学的相关机制三方面具体论述之间存在机制的相关性。认为传统中医的"肾生髓"理论与中枢免疫器官骨髓在免疫学中的相关机制具有密切的相关性。基于此理论,可广泛应用针灸治疗化疗不良反应。

With analysing the related mechanism between the theory of＂kidney producing marrow＂in Chinese medicine and the marrow of the central immune organs in the modern immunology,the anthor mainly detailed the related mechanism in this three aspects from the relevance which it existed that it is from the physiology the theory of＂kidney producing marrow＂in Chinese medicine and the function of marrow in immune organs,the physiology the theory of＂Hepatorenal homologous＂in Chinese medicine and the place outside the marrow B cells growth,correlation between the existence of mechanisms for prevention and treatment of acupuncture chemotherapy toxicities associated with modern immunological mechanisms specifically addressed three aspects. That＂kidney producing the marrow＂theory and central immune organ in the bone marrow in immunology mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine has a close correlation. Based on this theory,acupuncture treatment can be widely used in chemotherapy adverse reactions.
