论“虚不受补”的补益策略

About the Tonifying Strategies of“Tonification Unsuitable to the Weak”

该文通过理论分析并结合临床实际,对虚不受补进行了较为深入地思考和探索,提出虚不受补病机主要是补不对证、补不对体、补不得时、补不对药、补不得量、补不得法(不重脾胃、不重气机、不重虚实、不重局部与整体间关系),同时提出了正确的补益之道:脾胃为要、气机为本、体用相参、攻补同施、补宜兼行、补宜升降、补宜相生、定性定量、循序渐进、状态调补,并对补与泻关系进行辨证分析,认为补泻兼施、通调气血是治疗的关键,并针对虚不受补提出了一些宜忌措施,以达到更好地诊治虚不受补,实现虚者可补、虚体可调的目的。

Based on theoretical analysis and clinical practices,efforts were made in the paper to ponder over and probe into the idea of＂tonification unsuitable to the weak＂. It argued that the underlying causes for the idea＂tonification unsuitable to the weak＂lay in tonification nonconforming to symptoms,tonification nonconforming to specific habitus,tonification nonconforming to the season,tonification with inappropriate medicines,tonification with improper dosage,and tonification with improper methods（neglect spleen and stomach,qi activity,deficiency and excess,and the partial and the whole）. And meanwhile,reasonable tonifying principles were presented：spleen and stomach first,qi activity the basis,consulting both essence and function,synchronic application of treatment and tonification,regular tonification,adjustable tonification,inter-promoting tonification,qualitative and quantitative tonification,step-by-step tonification,and status-oriented tonification. Also dialectical analysis was made of the relationship between tonification and purgation methods. It argued that the combined application of tonification and purgation and circulating qi and blood were the key to the treatment. What＇s more,Do＇s and Don＇t＇s on＂tonification unsuitable to the weak＂were made clear,in an effort to find a better solution to＂tonifying unsuitable to the weak＂. In this way it is feasible to tonify the weak and cure the poor habitus.
