中西医结合治疗药物性肝炎致重症药毒

Treating Severe Drug Poisoning caused by Drug Hepatitis with Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目的：观察中西医结合（刺络放血拔罐联合口服皮炎汤和盐酸左西替利嗪片）的方法治疗药物性肝炎致重症药毒的临床疗效。方法：治疗组：进行中西医结合治疗：1刺络放血拔罐：取穴大椎等,7~11穴/次,日1次,7次/疗程;2皮炎汤100 m L,日2次口服,7次/疗程;3盐酸左西替利嗪片5 mg,日1次,晚睡前口服,7次/疗程。对照组：仅服盐酸左西替利嗪片,剂量用法与疗程同治疗组。观察两组疗效、痊愈时间和治疗前后肝功能的变化。结果：（1）两组疗效比较：治疗组痊愈率为93.55%,与对照组（70.00%）比较有显著差异（χ^2=5.72,P〈0.05）。（2）两组痊愈时间比较：治疗组痊愈时间较对照组明显缩短（P〈0.05）。（3）两组治疗前后肝功能变化的比较：与对照组相比,治疗组谷丙转氨酶和血清总胆红素降低明显（P〈0.05）。结论：中西医结合的方法治疗药物性肝炎致重症药毒疗效好、起效快,适于临床推广。

Objective：To observe the effect of the combination of traditional Chinese and Western Medicine（oral piyan decoction plus cetirizine combined with blood letting cupping）in the treatment of severe drug poisoning caused by drug hepatitis. Method：The treatment group：traditional Chinese and western Medicine treatment（oral piyan decoction plus cetirizine combined with blood letting cupping）： 1Blood letting cupping：Dazhui etc,7~11 points each time,qd,7 times a course;2Piyan decoction,100 m L,po,bid,7 times a course;3Cetirizine,5 mg,po,qn,7 times a course. The control group：Cetirizine only,the dose,the usage and the course of treatment are the same as those of the treatment group. Observe the curative effect,the healing time and the changes of liver function before and after treatment in the two groups. Results：（1）Comparison the curative effects of the two groups：There was a significant difference in the cure rate between the two groups：The control group was 70%;the treatment group was 93.55%（χ2=5.72,P〈0.05）.（2）Comparison the cure time between the two groups：The cure time of the treatment group was significantly shorter than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.（3）Comparison the changes of liver function before and after treatment between the two groups：The alanine aminotransferase and total bilirubin in serum were both lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）,which. Conclusion：The method of the combination of traditional Chinese and Western Medicine（oral piyan decoction plus cetirizine combined with blood letting cupping）in treating severe drug poisoning caused by drug hepatitis is is effective,fast acting and suitable for clinical promotion.
