摘要
电视广告作为电视台重要收入支柱,广告招投标在其中起着很重要的作用。电视广告招投标管理中,快速反应是其重要要求之一。在电视广告招投标现场,从客户投标到开标的时间很短,一般不到半个小时,计算和分析的工作量很大,数据变化和客户参与很多。本文从实际需求出发,以湖南卫视广告招投标需求为标准,建立了一套基于快速反应的广告招投标系统,通过事前强大的配置管理,事中现场控制管理,辅助现场分析统计与预警,并对故障和异常进行快速反应,控制现场状态,以确保招投标工作稳定有序进行。实践证明,该系统基于公平公正原则,可快速展现结果,现场快速反映客户需求和选择,可以节省客户和主办方的时间,提高客户关注度和满意度,对提升湖南卫视的品牌形象、提升企业品牌影响力和竞争力,有很重要的作用。
Television advertising is an important pillar of the TV revenue and advertisement bidding plays an important role. Television advertising in bid management, rapid response is one of the important requirements. TV advertising bidding scene, the time from customer bids to auction is very short, usually less than half an hour, and the work of calculation and analysis are very heavy, the date always changes, and customers involved. Based on the actual needs, with Hunan TV advertising bidding requirements for standards, we established a set of advertising bidding system based on rapid response through powerful configuration management in advance, on-site management, secondary site statistics analysis, early warning, fast reaction to faults and exceptions and control of the scene in order to ensure the stable and orderly bidding work. Practices have proved that our system can quickly show results, rapid response to customer needs and preferences, and it can save clients and organizers time to improve customer focus and satisfaction based on the principles of faimess, so it plays an important role in improving Hunan's brand image, enhancing brand reputation and competitiveness of enterprises.
