中国工业化进程中的人力资源开发实践——山西振东集团的“炼人”模式

Exploring Human Resource Development Practice in the Industrialization Process in China——Analysis on the Mode of Refining Employees in Zhendong Group of Shanxi Province

摘要 本文以"培养管理者工业文明精神、塑造员工独立人格"为出发点,通过对山西振东集团"炼人"案例进行深入剖析,提出具有中国特色的人力资源开发具有以下三个特征:第一,以管理者与员工"双轮驱动"为原动力;第二,以炼规范、炼能力、炼灵魂"三位一体"为主要内容;第三,体现了"中魂"与"西制"的制衡过程。本文还指出了局限性和未来发展方向。 Based on the problem of "training the manager industrial civilization spirit, shaping the staff independent personality", this article adopted case analysis on the mode of refining employees in Zhendong Group of Shanxi province, and put forward that the human resources development with chinese characteristics has the following three characteristics: First, the manager and the employee are both the driving forces of hmnan resource management ; Second, the staff are comprehensively practiced in the specification, ability and soul; In the third, it is important to balance the "Chinese Spirituality and Western Practices" relationship for chinese enterprise management. This article also points out the limitations and the future development direction.
