摘要
经过二十多年的发展,王品集团成为了台湾地区最大的连锁餐饮企业和年轻人向往的"幸福企业"。王品集团董事长戴胜益奉行的"儒法相济治王品"正是王品获得极大成功的原因之一。他将中国传统管理思想应用于现代企业的文化建设,并对企业绩效产生了积极的影响,这为中国企业提供了很多研究与借鉴价值。本研究提炼了儒家柔性管理和法家刚性管理思想的九大方面,在此基础上,借助利益相关者理论和中国传统文化相结合所形成的"修己、安人、谋攻、定邦"这个框架,从四个方面剖析了王品发展过程中的事件和规章制度,对戴胜益的经营管理思想做出了系统的梳理。
After developing for more than twenty years, Wowprime has become the largest chain catering corporation in Taiwan and a happy company that young people look forward to joining. Dai Shengyi, the board chairman of Wowprime, has claimed that he is using the combination of Confucian and Legal management ideas to manage the corporation, and it's one of the reasons why it has achieved so big success. Dai has applied Chinese traditional management ideas to modem corporate cultural construction, which positively influences corporate performance. It provides much value for Chinese corporations to learn from. Based on the nine main aspects of Confucian flexible and Legal rigid management ideas, we use the framework of "cultivates oneself, calm others, find strategies, establish countries" out of the combination of stakeholder theory and Chinese traditional culture, analyze the events and regulations in the development of Wowprime, and make a systematic summary of Dai's operation and management ideas.
