摘要
生态型企业作为一种组织形态,在互联网时代具有独特的优越性,是企业组织变革的新趋势。与此同时,传统企业如何通过生态型组织变革向生态型企业转型仍然是一个需要深入探析的问题。本文以马云所创始的阿里巴巴集团作为研究对象,研究发现,阿里巴巴集团生态型组织的构建始于企业生态战略,以组织结构变革作为手段和方式,根植于员工的企业强文化在变革中起到重要助推作用。进一步地,本文对阿里巴巴生态组织构建过程进行分析梳理,识别和提炼出马云在生态型组织构建中体现的变革逻辑。
As an organizational form, ecotype enterprises become the new trend of enterprise organization because of its unique advantage in the age of the Interact. At the same time, to those traditional enterprises, how they transitioned into eeo- enterprises through the change of ecological organization is still unknown. This paper sets Alibaba which was created by Ma Yun as the case of the study. Through sortting out the process on how to build an organization, we find that the construction of ecological organization of Alibaba came from ecosystem enterprise strategy and took the organizational structure change as a mainly mean and method, while the strong culture which was rooted deeply into employees plays an important role in boosting. Further, this article analyzes the procedures of construction of ecological organization in Alibaba and identifies Ma' s logic of change reflected in the process of building the ecological organization.
