摘要
阐述项目股份制的含义、特点和实施流程,并以南通四建"奥邦"项目为例,对建筑企业项目股份制的管理模式进行系统研究。结果显示:实行项目股份制管理模式可以提升项目管理的质量、调动职工的积极性;降低建筑企业融资成本、资金风险,创建"和谐"的社会关系。
In this paper,analyzes the meaning and characteristics of the joint-stock system of the project and then explains the project implementation process of the joint-stock system,and then as to Nantong Sijian "aobang"project,systematically studies the joint stock system in the construction enterprise project management model. The results show that:practicing Joint-stock project management mode can improve the quality of project management,arouse the staff's initiative,reduce the financing cost and risk funds of the construction enterprise,create"harmonious" social relations.
