摘要
目的:探讨反复呼吸道感染(RRI)与儿童细胞免疫的关系。方法:采用流式细胞术(FCM)检测32例RRI患儿外周血中T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+比值),并与健康儿童25例进行对照比较。结果:观察组RRI患儿CD3+、CD4+及CD4+/CD8+比值均较健康儿童显著降低(P<0.01),CD8+显著增高(P<0.05),具有统计学差异。结论:T细胞亚群比例失调导致的细胞免疫功能紊乱或低下,是儿童反复呼吸道感染的重要原因。
Objective: To study the relationship between recurrent respiratory tract infection and children' s cellular immunity. Methods: T lymphocyte subgroup ( CD3 +, CD4 + , and the ratio of CD4 + and CD8 + ) in peripheral blood getting from 32 children with repeated respiratory infection was analyzed by using flow cytome- try, and was compared with that of 25 healthy children in the control group. Result: The number of CD3 + , CIM + as well as the ratio of CIM + and CD8 + in children with RRI was obviously lower than that in healthy children of the control group ( P 〈 0. 01 ), while the number of CD8 + was significantly higher ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion: The imbalance of T cell subsets caused by cellular immune dysfunction is an important cause of children' s recurrent respiratory infection.
