水利部党组传达贯彻中央第六次西藏工作座谈会精神

Study on evaluating index system for safe water supply in rural for well-off society

9月1日，水利部党组书记、部长陈雷主持召开部党组扩大会议，传达贯彻中央第六次西藏工作座谈会精神。陈雷强调，要紧密团结在以习近平同志为总书记的党中央周围，深入贯彻落实中央关于西藏工作的大政方针，加快推进西藏水利改革发展，为实现西藏和四省藏区的全面小康与长治久安提供坚实的水利保障。

Basic thought and principle of evaluating index system for safe water supply in rural areas are proposed, considering the current situation of water supply projects in rural areas and economic and social development level and needs of building a well-off society in an all-round way in China, on the basis of summary and analysis of current indices and application results. There are 6 first-level indices and 12 second-level indices selected, in order to provide reference for preparation of national and regional 15th five-year plan on water supply in rural areas as well as construction standards and management objectives.
