摘要
运用实验法、数理统计法探讨基于合作学习模式和传统教学模式下健身气功·八段锦对大学生身体素质的不同影响。结论:在两种教学模式下,实验班级在反应时、握力、(男)引体向上、仰卧起坐、肺活量测试、坐位体前屈测试和闭眼单脚站立能力测试等7项指标上有显著性差异;在50m、立定跳远、(男)1000m测试和(女)800m测试等3项指标没有显著性差异。实验班级学生的学习氛围、学习积极性和主动参与情况都明显好于对照班级,合作学习模式下健身气功·八段锦的教学效果好于传统教学模式的教学效果,对大学生身体素质的影响更加明显。
With the methods of experiment and statistics, this paper discusses the different effects on college physical quality based on the cooperative learning mode and traditional teaching mode. Conclusion: Based on the two modes, there have been obvious differences in seven indexes such as reaction time, grip, pull - up ( male ), sit - up, spirometry, sit and reach test and one - leg standing with eye - closed in experimental class. But there was no significant difference in the three indexes such as standing long jump, 1000 - meter ( male) and 800 -meter ( female). In the experimental class, students'learning atmosphere, learning enthusi- asm and active participation are obviously better than those of students in contrastive class. Based on the coop- erative learning mode, the effects of Qigong and Baduanjin's teaching effectiveness to college students'physical quality are more apparent.
