添加番茄红素、DHA、辅酶Q_(10)的老年“护心”液态奶的研制

Study on the Elderly Milk by Using Lycopene, DHA and Coenzyme Q_(10)

采用番茄红素、DHA、辅酶Q10等原辅料,制成老年"护心"液态奶,达到预防老年心脑血管疾病的特殊生理功效。通过单因素试验对不同影响因素进行了考察,运用正交试验找出最优液态奶配方,结果表明,最佳配方为:番茄红素添加量为6.5mg/kg,DHA添加量为300mg/kg,辅酶Q10添加量为110mg/kg。

By using lycopene, DHA and coenzyme Q10, a type of elderly milk is made to possess special efficiency such as heart disease and so on. We studied the different influencing factors during the process through single factor tests, then the orthogonal experiments were used to find the most suitable formula. The results indicated the optimal formula were： lycopene： 6.5mg/kg, DHA： 300mg/kg and coenzyme Q10：110mg/kg.
