摘要 针对90后大学生在心理方面存在的自私、冲动、极端等消极特征,主张用积极的、欣赏的态度去面对生活,提出了通过树立积极的自我认知、激发人的积极潜能、培养人的积极人格、营造更加积极的社会环境等四个环节,加强对90后大学生心理健康的教育和引导。 Due to the effect of factors such as society and family,the college students who were born in 1990s own distinct features of The Times in the psychological aspect. In different degrees,they show the negative characteristics such as selfish, impulse and extreme. Positive psychology advocates us to face our life with the positive attitude. This paper proposes the theory that these students 'mental health education and guidance should be strengthen by three links which arestimulating the positive potential of people, cultivating people's positive personality and creating a more positive social environment.
