摘要
薪酬沟通贯穿于薪酬方案实施的整个过程,是薪酬管理中不可或缺的重要组成部分。薪酬沟通有效与否将直接影响到组织发展目标能否顺利实现。研究以福建省部分民办高校为例,分析民办高校薪酬沟通现状及其原因,结合民办高校的特点,就如何规避薪酬沟通中存在的误区,提出相应对策,以帮助民办高校提高薪酬管理的有效性。
Salary communication is interconnected with the whole process of the implementation of the salary scheme, which is an in- dispensable component in salary management. The effectiveness of salary communication will have a direct effect on the fulfillment of the institution' s development goal. This study takes some parts of private college as an example, analyzes the current situation of private col- leges and its main causes, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures about how to avoid the errors in salary communication with the combination of private colleges' characteristics so as to help them improve the effectiveness of salary management.
