摘要
及早发现在役高桩码头的耐久性问题,并进行耐久性剩余使用寿命预测,是国内外结构工程学科研究的热点问题。以天津港某已服役50多年的高桩码头为研究对象,提出高桩码头耐久性寿命评估极限状态应用准则,采用现行混凝土结构耐久性寿命预测计算方法,结合现场及试验室相关参数的测试结果,最终获得预测结果。预测实践表明,对高桩码头分环境、分部位,选择不同的耐久性极限状态,分别对各构件进行剩余使用寿命预测,是科学且切实可行的。
Find the problem of high pile wharf durability as soon as possible during the service period, and then predict its residual life, which is a hot structural engineering issue at home and abroad. Taking one high pile wharf in Tianjin Port has served for 50 years as the research object, we put forward the application guidelines for selection criteria of durability limit state. By using the current calculation methods of life prediction of concrete structure durability and prediction parameters obtained by field and laboratory test, we finally obtained the residual life. The practice shows that take the environment and location as the premise for the limit state selection, then predict concrete components residual life respectively, which is scientific and feasible.
