摘要 由于砂源的严重缺乏,需要研究一种新型工艺以代替砂垫层结构。以东疆港港区某项目试验研究为基础,开发了一种新型直抽式无砂法真空预压施工工艺。经过工艺实施,新型工艺与常规真空预压加固工艺相比加固效果相当,十字板及土性指标均与传统工艺的指标相当,均能满足设计要求。该工艺能够节省大量砂,减少施工工艺环节,降低了工程造价,满足经济及环保的要求,具有很大的推广价值。 Due to the severe shortage of sand source, a new technology is needed to replace sand cushion structure. Based on the field test in Dongjiang port zone of Tianjin, we developed a new direct sucking vacuum preloading method with no sand. Compared with the conventional vacuum preloading method, the new process is as effective as the conventional method, the cross board and soil index are as same as the index of the traditional process, and the design requirement can be satisfied. The significant amount of sand can be saved and the construction technology is greatly simplified using this method. The new method can reduce project cost greatly, can meet the requirements of economic and environmental protection, and has great value of popularization.
